Donato J. Tramuto, Chief Executive Officer

Donato J. Tramuto is the CEO of Tivity Health, Inc (NASDAQ: TVTY), a leading provider of fitness and health improvement programs, with strong capabilities in developing and managing network solutions in healthcare. A recognized innovator and industry leader, he has more than 35 years of healthcare experience, with a deep commitment to global healthcare access, a steadfast focus on patient outcomes and a keen understanding of digital solutions.

In less than a year after being named Tivity Health’s CEO, Tramuto executed a turnaround of the company’s performance by harnessing the lessons he learned through various adversities and “bulldozer” moments, and engineered a creative sale of one of the company’s non-performing divisions, adding nearly $1 billion of valuation to the company. In 2008, Tramuto founded Physicians Interactive Holdings (now known as Aptus Health), a global provider of insight-driven digital engagement solutions for healthcare professionals and consumers. There he served as CEO and chairman prior to joining Tivity Health, Inc.

In 2011, Tramuto founded Health eVillages, a non-profit organization which provides state-of-the-art mobile health technology in the most challenging clinical environments. He is also the chairman and founder of the Tramuto Foundation, which helps individuals and organizations achieve their educational and healthcare goals.

Tramuto has been widely recognized for his more than three decade commitment to social change and healthcare innovation. In 2014, he was honored alongside Hillary Clinton, Robert DeNiro and Tony Bennett, with the prestigious Robert F. Kennedy Ripple of Hope Award. He is a 2017 recipient of the Robert F. Kennedy Children’s Action Corps Embracing the Legacy Award, which recognizes individuals who have worked tirelessly to better the lives of children and their families. In 2015, Tramuto received an honorary doctorate of humane letters from the College of Fine Arts at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell; in 2017, he received an honorary doctorate of science from Thomas Jefferson University; and in 2018, he was awarded an honorary doctorate of humane letters from Lasell College. In April 2018, he was invited to present at the prestigious Unite to Cure, the Fourth Annual Vatican Conference on global health.

Tramuto serves on several executive leadership boards, including the board of the Boston University School of Public Health, the Livongo Health Foundation, the Brown University Healthcare Leadership Board, the board of directors for Sharecare, Inc. In 2016, he was appointed to the board of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, where he serves as chairman of the Leadership Council and is leading a national initiative to address workplace dignity. Tramuto is also chairman of the board of Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice & Human Rights Europe.

Mary S. Flipse, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer

As Chief Legal & Administrative Officer, Mary S. Flipse has responsibility for the legal and contracting functions, as well as human resources, government relations and corporate communications. Flipse joined Tivity Health, Inc in 2011 and assumed the role of General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in 2012. She became Chief Legal Officer in 2015.

Mary's legal career spans more than twenty years. Before joining Tivity Health, Inc, Mary served as a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel with King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to that, she was with the American law firm, White & Case, in Bangkok Thailand. Mary began her legal career as the founding partner of Dirksen Flipse Doran & Le, the first international law offices in Laos and Cambodia.

Mary earned a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor of Arts from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Adam Holland, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Adam Holland is responsible for all corporate financial functions including planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, external reporting, enterprise risk management as well as strategic initiatives and procurement. Holland joined Tivity Health as CFO in 2017.

Holland has served in a variety of executive financial roles throughout his career, including a 12-year tenure at retailer Kirkland’s, Inc., where he became Chief Financial Officer in 2015. Holland also spent three years earlier in his career as a senior auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP.

Holland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Glenn Hargreaves, Chief Accounting Officer

As Chief Accounting Officer, Glenn Hargreaves is responsible for all accounting functions including external reporting as well as tax, treasury, and audit. Hargreaves has served in a variety of financial roles throughout his 27-year career. He joined Tivity Health, Inc in 2005, serving initially as Director of Tax before becoming Controller in 2011 and Chief Accounting Officer in 2012. Prior to joining Tivity Health, Inc, he held tax leadership positions at publicly traded U.S. Oncology and Quorum Health Group, as well as spending five years with KPMG.

Hargreaves holds both a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a certified public accountant.

Paul Edmisten, Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Paul Edmisten is responsible for all aspects of information technology, cyber security, data management and business intelligence strategy. Edmisten joined Tivity Health as the interim Chief Information and Technology Officer in 2015, and has more than 30 years of experience enabling, transforming and delivering technology for large organizations.

Prior to Tivity Health, Edmisten was Senior Director of Business and Technology Consulting at Alvarez & Marsal. He also has significant technology and business transformation experience in the banking industry where he served as Chief Information Officer for Suntrust Bank, Inc.

Steve Janicak, Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Steve Janicak drives top-line growth through sales and client relations in Tivity Health’s existing three networks: SilverSneakers, Prime Fitness and WholeHealth Living. Janicak joined Tivity Health, Inc. in 2016 from CareCentrix, where he served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

Janicak has more than 30 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering revenue, profit and market share growth for healthcare services companies, including specific expertise working with Medicare and managed care clients.

Janicak has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Wayne State University.

Bonnie Schirato, Vice President, People & Culture

As Vice President of People & Culture, Bonnie Schirato is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including corporate culture, talent acquisition and management, professional development and benefits. Schirato joined Tivity Health in 2016, bringing more than 30 years of HR experience, including 20 years in healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Tivity Health, she served as Chief People Officer with Aptus Health and as Vice President of Human Resources with Allscripts Healthcare Solutions.

Schirato serves on the board of Health eVillages, a non-profit organization that empowers healthcare providers to improve global health and well-being through the delivery of mobile technology and community-focused solutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and both Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) certification.

Paul Wimer, Chief Experience Officer

As the Chief Experience Officer, Paul Wimer is responsible for driving member engagement and utilization of products and services, as well as brand and product marketing, product development, product management and strategic partnership development. Wimer joined Tivity Health in 2017, and brings more than 25 years of experience assisting companies, from start-ups to Fortune 100 businesses, with corporate strategy development in a variety of industries.

Prior to Tivity Health, Wimer was a senior principal at Clareo Partners, where he advised clients on strategic growth and corporate venture capital, and was a founding managing director at Topspin Partners, a New York-based venture capital and private equity firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of investing.

Wimer holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Arra Yerganian, Chief Brand Officer

As Chief Brand Officer, Arra Yerganian is responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive, differentiated and unified brand voice, and marketing and communications strategy that provides innovative, member-driven and value-added solutions. He is an award-winning marketing and sales leader, and regularly contributes to publications including Ad Age, Forbes, and numerous marketing journals.

Prior to Tivity Health, Yerganian served as Chief Marketing / Branding Officer at Sutter Health, One Medical Group and University of Phoenix. He began his marketing career in 1985 at Procter & Gamble, serving as International Market Manager for multiple international markets. He later worked as Managing Director – International, for the Dial Corporation. Providing innovative, market-driven and value-added solutions has been his focus for the past 25+ years.

Yerganian graduated from Boston University and Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Strategic Marketing Management program. He is an active volunteer and Board Chair Emeritus of the Silicon Valley American Red Cross, and a Board member of Rocketship Education, a nationally acclaimed charter school for inner-city children ages 4-11.
